I came to yoga later in life and upon returning to New Zealand after 28 years living in Sweden, the US and Germany, I became a serious student of Iyengar Yoga.
I love how Iyengar Yoga can support you in your everyday life and enrich it. It can calm you and enable you to deal with stressful situations.

I have been to Pune four times since 2014. I enjoy teaching all levels and especially pregnant students. I speak German fluently.
